The City does not have restrictions by law. Both secondary water companies in the City recommend watering between 6:00 pm and 10:00 am. Restrictions can change if we are in drought years. Back to top

The only landfill available to Centerville residents is the Wasatch Energy Recovery District in Layton. Back to top

· What is the city code in regards to septic tanks?

· what are the regulations for cleaning up leaves? Do they have to be bagged, or can they just be swept out into the street? If I have a neighbor in violation, who do I contact?
They cannot be swept onto the street. There is a city-wide green waste cleanup in April where green waste including leaves may be placed on the curb and will be picked up for free. · I live in the Pineae condo community and I am desperate to find some way to participate in the city recycling program. Since our city and Bountiful have gone to curb side recycling programs it is difficult to find recycling bins in the community. Has there been any discussion of how to include condo communities in the recycling program?
